بدعم ومواكبة مرضى السرطان وسرطان الثدي خاصة، (من المجال الجمعوي والطبي والمتطوعين والداعمين والأشخاص ذوي التجربة الحية). كما هدف هذا اللقاء التواصلي إلى إلقاء الضوء على مختلف أنشطة الجمعية وخدماتها وإنجازاتها وآفاق عملها، مشيرا إلى أبرز التحديات التي تواجه عملها في طريق تبليغ رسالتها الإنسانية. \nوقد عرفت هذه المناسبة نجاحا كبيرا تجلى في الاستجابة الكبيرة للمدعويين، حيث تجاوز عدد الحاضرين المئة من مختلف المدن المغربية. \nوقد تضمن برنامج هذا اليوم فقرات متنوعة ساهمت في التعريف بالجمعية، حيث افتتحت فعاليات هذا اللقاء بآيات بينات من الذكر الحكيم، تلاها ترديد الحضور للنشيد الوطني، وقد تفضل الأستاذ المقدم التهامي اشويكة بتنشيط مميز لفقرات هذه الأمسية. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nافتتحت الفعالية بكلمة لرئيسة الجمعية السيدة إكرام الصغير رحبت فيها بالمدعوين، ثم قدمت من خلالها أعضاء المكتب المسير للحضور. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n  \nتلاها فقرة حوار الأستاذ التهامي اشويكة للسيدة فاطمة الزهراء مشيرح مؤلفة كتاب حول السرطان، والتي حاولت من خلاله البوح بمعاناتها مع المرض، وكيف بدأت فكرة تأليف الكتاب لتتقاسم تجربتها الخاصة مع الجمهور. وقد أكدت الكاتبة على الكثير من الفوائد التي تعلمتها من تجربة الابتلاء بهذا المرض، الذي استطاعت بسببه أن تتحول بقوة الإرادة إلى إنسانة مبدعة ومنتجة ومتفائلة بغد مشرق. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n  \nوبنفس الإرادة والأمل المقاوم لتحديات المرض، جاءت المساهمة التالية للسيدة رشيدة بلفقيرة نائبة الكاتب العام التي قدمت قصيدة شعرية متميزة من وحي التجربة التي تُحول الألم إلى أمل ودافع للإبداع، حيث شاركت مع الحضور قصيدتها بعنوان: “نبض الحياة” التي تؤكد من خلالها أنها انتصرت على المرض، وأقبلت على الحياة التي تنبض في كيانها وتمدها بالقوة. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n   كان الحضور بعد ذلك على موعد مع العرض الخاص بالسنوية الثالثة والذي تضمن أربع فقرات حاولت تلخيص جهود الجمعية وخدماتها في مجال دعم ومواكبة مريضات سرطان الثدي بالمغرب، حيث تقدمت السيدة رجاء الصوابني نائبة أمينة المال بالتعريف بالجمعية مسلطة الضوء على فكرة التأسيس ومراحل التطور والهيكلة والأهداف، تلاها عرض السيد عمران بهدي مستشار الجمعية الذي لخص من خلاله مجهودات الجمعية وخدماتها المتنوعة بالإحصائيات والأرقام.كان للحضور بعد ذلك على موعد مع فيديو يوثق لأقوى اللحظات للموسم الجمعوي 2024. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n  \nثم انطلقت الفقرة الأخيرة من هذا العرض من تقديم السيدة إكرام الصغير رئيسة الجمعية، والتي عرضت من خلالها أهم إنجازات الجمعية والشراكات التي عقدتها خلال سنة 2024 على المستويين الوطني والدولي، ثم ختمت مداخلتها بالإشارة إلى أبرز التحديات التي تواجه الجمعية في مسيرتها الإنسانية. \nبعد متابعة العرض قام السيد المقدم بفتح باب المداخلات للحاضرين للتفاعل مع فقرات العرض وإبداء آرائهم، والتي تميزت بالإيجابية والتشجيع للجمعية للسير قدما في هذا الطريق. \nوقد تخلل اللقاء عرض لبعض التسجيلات لشهادات مريضات يتقاسمن تجربتهن مع مرض السرطان بما تحمله من ألم وأمل، وما تغير في حياتهن ونفسيتهن بعد الانخراط في عائلة نبض وأنشطتها الجمعوية المختلفة. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nوفي ختام فعاليات هذه المناسبة الرائعة لم تنس ورْدات نبض من باب العرفان تكريم رئيسة الجمعية السيدة إكرام الصغير وتقديم باقة ورود جميلة تحمل ألوان التفاؤل وتنبض بالحياة. \nوعلى وقع ثقافة الاعتراف والشكر لكل من أسدى معروفا يروم خدمة المريضات، ويحفزهن على الإبداع والتعلم والإيجابية في مواجهة تحديات الحياة، كان الجمهور على موعد مع آخر فقرات هذه الفعالية من خلال تقديم شواهد تقديرية لكل من المؤطرات للورشات والمنسقات وبعض المتطوعين مع الجمعية كعربون وفاء على جهودهم وتضحياتهم. \nفي الأخير تم أخذ صور تذكارية توثق للحظات مميزة عنوانها البارز “تسخير الجهود لخدمة مرضى السرطان وحفظ كرامتهم”. \n كما دعت السيدة الرئيسة الحضور إلى حفل شاي والذي عرف أشكالاً من التبادل والتواصل بين مختلف الفاعلين تركزت حول سبل The scientific program featured a series of meetings\, discussions\, and diverse presentations. \n \nOfficially appointed by the Cancer… We Are All Concerned Association\, NABD-BC2 Association coordinated invitations to key institutions\, including the Ministry of Health and Social Protection\, the Directorate of Epidemiology and Disease Control\, and the World Health Organization (WHO) office in Morocco. She highlighted Morocco’s efforts to adapt this framework to align with national priorities\, such as capacity building and reducing stigma\, while calling for enhanced coordination among associations to improve services. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nDr. Awatef Belakhel\, a representative of the WHO office in Morocco\, commended the progress achieved at both national and international levels and emphasized the essential role of civil society organizations. Elle a mis en avant les efforts du Maroc pour adapter ce cadre en tenant compte de priorités nationales telles que le renforcement des capacités et la lutte contre la stigmatisation\, tout en appelant à une meilleure coordination entre associations pour améliorer les services. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nDre Awatef Belakhel\, représentante du Bureau de l’OMS au Maroc\, a salué les progrès réalisés aux niveaux international et national\, ainsi que le rôle essentiel des organisations de la société civile. Elle a insisté sur la nécessité d’une participation active pour améliorer la qualité de vie des personnes touchées par le cancer. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nDr Noureddine Benjafaar a présenté un exposé retraçant l’évolution des traitements contre le cancer au Maroc\, soulignant les principales avancées enregistrées dans ce domaine. Il a également rendu hommage au rôle des associations\, en mettant en avant les efforts de l’Association NABD-BC2. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nLes Drs Houssam Haddad et Mohamed Massmoudi ont partagé les dernières avancées médicales en matière de traitement du cancer. Leurs interventions ont également abordé l’approche intégrée des soins\, les défis médicaux et sociaux\, ainsi que l’élaboration de solutions novatrices pour améliorer la prise en charge des patients. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nEn fin de journée\, Dr Abdelkarim Mkaddem\, spécialiste en psychiatrie\, a souligné l’importance du soutien psychologique pour les patients atteints de cancer et son impact positif sur leur traitement. La journée s’est conclue par un discours de M. L’atelier a permis de partager les meilleures pratiques pour construire un réseau efficace\, en mettant l’accent sur les défis rencontrés par les associations et le rôle essentiel des personnes ayant une expérience vécue dans l’amélioration de l’efficacité du réseau. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nÀ l’issue de l’atelier\, un rapport a été rédigé\, reflétant le consensus des associations sur la création d’un comité de suivi pour établir un réseau national de soutien aux patients atteints de cancer. Ce réseau intégrera des représentants des personnes ayant une expérience vécue pour garantir un impact durable et significatif. En tant que Personne Ayant une Expérience Vécue (PAEV) et défenseure des droits des patients\, Mme Eseghir a présenté une intervention intitulée “L’engagement du patient dans le parcours de soins en cancérologie : expériences et défis“. As a Person with Lived Experience (PWLE) and a patient advocate\, Mme Eseghir delivered a presentation titled “The Patient’s Engagement in Cancer Care Pathways: Experiences and Challenges.” Drawing from her personal experience with cancer\, her advocacy work as the founding president of NABD-BC2\, and her academic background (holding a university degree as a patient expert in oncology – DUPPC)\, she highlighted the evolution of meaningful engagement of PWLE through  international framework and endeavours (such as those from the WHO) and national initiatives (from the Ministry of Health and Social Protection\, which seeks to adapt The WHO Framework of meaningful engagement\, set priorities\, and develop national action plans). \nMme Eseghir also highlighted the challenges faced by patients and the transformative impact of integrating the patient’s voice into healthcare decision-making. Beaucoup d’entre eux reçoivent un diagnostic tardif\, ce qui se traduit par des coûts de traitement plus élevés et des taux de survie réduits. Les discussions ont porté sur les moyens pour les systèmes de santé de prioriser le dépistage du cancer afin d’améliorer les diagnostics précoces\, de réduire les coûts des traitements et de diminuer la mortalité liée à cette maladie. \nMme Ikram Eseghir\, présidente de l’Association NABD-BC2 et personne ayant une expérience vécue du cancer\, a partagé un témoignage poignant sur l’importance du dépistage précoce. Son expérience personnelle et son engagement à travers NABD-BC2 mettent en évidence le rôle crucial des ONG dans la sensibilisation et la mise en œuvre d’initiatives visant à renforcer les programmes de dépistage et de diagnostic du cancer. During the session\, discussions focused on how healthcare systems can prioritize cancer screening to improve early diagnosis\, reduce treatment costs\, and lower cancer mortality rates. \nAs part of the event\, Mrs. Ikram Eseghir\, president of NABD-BC2 association and a person with lived experience of cancer\, shared her valuable perspective on the importance of early detection. Her personal experience and work through NABD-BC2 highlight the critical role NGOs play in raising awareness and driving initiatives to enhance cancer screening and diagnosis. Her contribution to the panel underscored the need for collaborative efforts between healthcare professionals\, policymakers\, and advocacy organizations to improve cancer care in the EMR. \nThe session also featured distinguished panelists from Egypt\, Saudi Arabia\, the UAE\, Pakistan\, and Morocco\, who discussed the barriers and enablers to cancer screening in their respective countries. Ce rassemblement historique a réuni des personnes ayant une expérience vécue du cancer\, des groupes de plaidoyer pour les patients\, des représentants du Ministère de la Santé et d’autres départements gouvernementaux\, des professionnels de santé\, des instituts de recherche et des associations de soutien. Ensemble\, ils ont exploré les facteurs qui renforcent l’autonomisation des personnes ayant une expérience vécue du cancer et ont établi des priorités pour promouvoir une approche participative. \nL’association NABD-BC2 a eu l’honneur de participer à cet événement significatif\, représentée par sa présidente\, Madame Ikram Eseghir. Invitée à présenter l’association et ses objectifs\, elle a mis en avant les réalisations et les efforts continus de NABD-BC2 pour soutenir les personnes ayant une expérience vécue du cancer au Maroc. Together\, they explored factors that empower PWLE and prioritized activities to promote a participatory approach. \nRepresenting NABD-BC2\, Madam Ikram Eseghir\, the association’s president\, was invited to present NABD-BC2’s objectives\, achievements\, and ongoing efforts to support PWLE in Morocco. Her presentation underscored the essential role of patient-centered\, multisectoral efforts in advancing cancer care and strengthening the resilience of those affected by cancer. \nThe objectives of this meeting included presenting the WHO framework\, fostering stakeholder connections\, discussing framework principles and implementation\, and formulating a preliminary action plan.
