WHO EMRO generously supported the participation. \nThe event\, hosted by the Eastern Mediterranean NCD Alliance and chaired by Dr. Ibtihal Fadhil\, brought together key stakeholders from across the region to discuss the integration of PWLE in cancer care policies and systems. During the session\, NABD-BC2’s president shared insights on how meaningful engagement of PWLE contributes to governmental strategies aimed at dismantling cultural barriers\, reducing stigma\, and addressing taboos throughout women’s cancer journeys. \nEmphasizing the importance of holistic care\, the intervention highlighted the critical role of PWLE in promoting awareness\, early detection\, psychosocial support\, and long-term survivorship. Cette participation a été généreusement soutenue par l’OMS EMRO. \nL’événement\, organisé par l’Alliance des maladies non transmissibles de la Méditerranée orientale (EM-NCD Alliance) et présidé par la Dre Ibtihal Fadhil\, a rassemblé des parties prenantes clés de toute la région afin de discuter de l’intégration des PVEM dans les politiques et les systèmes de soins liés au cancer. L’objectif était de mettre en lumière les activités\, services\, réalisations et perspectives de l’association\, tout en abordant les défis auxquels elle est confrontée dans la diffusion de son message humanitaire. \nAvec plus d’une centaine de participants venus de différentes villes du Maroc\, la rencontre a été un franc succès. Le programme a offert un riche éventail de séquences dédiées à la présentation de l’association\, débutant par une lecture de versets du Coran suivie de l’hymne national. La soirée a été animée avec enthousiasme et dynamisme par M. Thami Chouika. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nL’événement s’est ouvert sur une allocution de Mme Ikram Eseghir\, présidente de l’association\, qui a souhaité la bienvenue aux invités et présenté les membres du bureau exécutif. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nLa soirée a ensuite donné lieu à un entretien captivant entre M. Thami Chouika et Mme Fatima Ezzohra Mchirah\, auteure d’un ouvrage sur le cancer. Cette dernière a partagé les défis qu’elle a rencontrés face à la maladie et a expliqué comment l’idée d’écrire ce livre est née de son désir de témoigner et d’inspirer les autres. Elle a souligné les nombreuses leçons tirées de son combat\, affirmant que\, grâce à sa volonté\, elle a su transformer cette épreuve en une source de créativité\, de productivité et d’optimisme. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nDans le même esprit de résilience et d’espoir\, Mme Rachida Belfakira\, Secrétaire Générale Adjointe\, a offert une prestation poétique émouvante inspirée de son propre parcours. Intitulé “Le Pouls de la Vie”\, son poème illustre la force intérieure qui lui a permis de surmonter la maladie et d’embrasser la vie avec une énergie renouvelée. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nL’un des moments forts de la soirée a été une présentation spéciale à l’occasion du troisième anniversaire de NABD-BC2\, divisée en quatre segments retraçant les actions de l’association en faveur des patients atteints du cancer du sein au Maroc. \nMme Rajae Essouabeny\, Trésorière Adjointe\, a ouvert la présentation en revenant sur l’idée fondatrice de NABD-BC2\, son évolution\, sa structure et ses objectifs. \nM. Imrane Bahedi\, consultant de l’association\, a ensuite présenté un bilan détaillé des activités menées\, appuyé par des chiffres et des statistiques illustrant l’impact des actions entreprises. \nUne vidéo récapitulative des moments marquants de la saison 2024 de l’association a été diffusée\, permettant de mettre en lumière les efforts fournis au cours de l’année écoulée. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nMme Ikram Eseghir a conclu cette séquence en évoquant les réalisations majeures de NABD-BC2 ainsi que les partenariats nationaux et internationaux établis en 2024. اللقاء فرصة سانحة للتواصل مع مختلف الفاعلين والمهتمين بدعم ومواكبة مرضى السرطان وسرطان الثدي خاصة، (من المجال الجمعوي والطبي والمتطوعين والداعمين والأشخاص ذوي التجربة الحية). كما هدف هذا اللقاء التواصلي إلى إلقاء الضوء على مختلف أنشطة الجمعية وخدماتها وإنجازاتها وآفاق عملها، مشيرا إلى أبرز التحديات التي تواجه عملها في طريق تبليغ رسالتها الإنسانية. \nوقد عرفت هذه المناسبة نجاحا كبيرا تجلى في الاستجابة الكبيرة للمدعويين، حيث تجاوز عدد الحاضرين المئة من مختلف المدن المغربية. \nوقد تضمن برنامج هذا اليوم فقرات متنوعة ساهمت في التعريف بالجمعية، حيث افتتحت فعاليات هذا اللقاء بآيات بينات من للحضور. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n  \nتلاها فقرة حوار الأستاذ التهامي اشويكة للسيدة فاطمة الزهراء مشيرح مؤلفة كتاب حول السرطان، والتي حاولت من خلاله البوح بمعاناتها مع المرض، وكيف بدأت فكرة تأليف الكتاب لتتقاسم تجربتها الخاصة مع الجمهور. وقد أكدت الكاتبة على الكثير من الفوائد التي تعلمتها من تجربة الابتلاء بهذا المرض، الذي استطاعت بسببه أن تتحول بقوة الإرادة إلى إنسانة مبدعة ومنتجة ومتفائلة بغد مشرق. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n  \nوبنفس الإرادة والأمل المقاوم لتحديات المرض، جاءت المساهمة التالية للسيدة رشيدة بلفقيرة نائبة الكاتب العام التي قدمت قصيدة شعرية متميزة من وحي التجربة التي تُحول الألم إلى أمل ودافع للإبداع، حيث شاركت مع الحضور قصيدتها بعنوان: “نبض الحياة” التي تؤكد من خلالها أنها انتصرت على المرض، وأقبلت على الحياة التي تنبض في كيانها وتمدها بالقوة. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n   كان الحضور بعد ذلك على موعد مع العرض الخاص بالسنوية الثالثة والذي تضمن أربع فقرات حاولت تلخيص جهود الجمعية وخدماتها في مجال دعم ومواكبة مريضات سرطان الثدي بالمغرب، حيث تقدمت السيدة رجاء الصوابني نائبة أمينة المال بالتعريف بالجمعية مسلطة الضوء على فكرة التأسيس ومراحل التطور والهيكلة والأهداف، تلاها عرض السيد عمران بهدي مستشار الجمعية الذي لخص من خلاله مجهودات الجمعية وخدماتها المتنوعة بالإحصائيات والأرقام.كان للحضور بعد ذلك على موعد مع فيديو يوثق لأقوى اللحظات للموسم الجمعوي 2024. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n  \nثم انطلقت الفقرة الأخيرة من هذا العرض من تقديم السيدة إكرام الصغير رئيسة الجمعية، والتي عرضت من خلالها أهم إنجازات الجمعية والشراكات التي عقدتها خلال سنة 2024 على المستويين الوطني والدولي، ثم ختمت مداخلتها بالإشارة إلى أبرز التحديات التي تواجه الجمعية في مسيرتها الإنسانية. \nبعد متابعة العرض قام السيد المقدم بفتح باب المداخلات للحاضرين للتفاعل مع فقرات العرض وإبداء آرائهم، والتي تميزت بالإيجابية والتشجيع للجمعية للسير قدما في هذا الطريق. \nوقد تخلل اللقاء عرض لبعض التسجيلات لشهادات مريضات يتقاسمن تجربتهن مع مرض السرطان بما تحمله من ألم وأمل، وما تغير في حياتهن ونفسيتهن بعد الانخراط في عائلة نبض وأنشطتها الجمعوية المختلفة. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nوفي ختام فعاليات هذه المناسبة الرائعة لم تنس ورْدات نبض من باب العرفان تكريم رئيسة الجمعية السيدة إكرام الصغير وتقديم باقة ورود جميلة تحمل ألوان التفاؤل وتنبض بالحياة. \nوعلى وقع ثقافة الاعتراف والشكر لكل من أسدى معروفا يروم خدمة المريضات، ويحفزهن على الإبداع والتعلم والإيجابية في مواجهة تحديات الحياة، كان الجمهور على موعد مع آخر فقرات هذه الفعالية من خلال تقديم شواهد تقديرية لكل من المؤطرات للورشات والمنسقات وبعض المتطوعين مع الجمعية كعربون وفاء على جهودهم وتضحياتهم. \nفي الأخير تم أخذ صور تذكارية توثق للحظات مميزة عنوانها البارز “تسخير الجهود لخدمة مرضى السرطان وحفظ كرامتهم”. \n كما دعت السيدة الرئيسة الحضور إلى حفل شاي والذي عرف أشكالاً من التبادل والتواصل بين مختلف الفاعلين تركزت حول سبل التعاون لمقاومة مرض السرطان وتحسين ظروف المرضى. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n والحماية الاجتماعية، البرنامج بعرض تناول الإطار العام لمنظمة الصحة العالمية للمشاركة الهادفة لذوي التجربة الحية مع السرطان. سلطت الضوء على تكييف المغرب لهذا الإطار وتحديد الأولويات الوطنية، مثل بناء القدرات ومواجهة الوصم، ودعت إلى تعزيز التنسيق بين الجمعيات لتحسين جودة الرعاية. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nتلتها مداخلة الدكتورة عواطف باللكحل، Cet événement de deux jours\, organisé par les équipes dévouées de la Fondation Lalla Salma pour la Prévention et le Traitement des Cancers et du CHU Ibn Sina\, a mis l’accent sur l’amélioration de la prise en charge du cancer dans la région de Rabat-Salé-Kénitra (RSK) et sur son alignement avec les stratégies de développement globales du CHU Ibn Sina (CHUIS). \nL’événement a également compté de nombreux intervenants distingués\, tels que le Directeur de la Fondation Lalla Salma\, le docteur Rachid Bekkali\, qui a ouvert les travaux avec son discours d’ouverture et a également présenté la synthèse et les recommandations de ces journées \, et le Pr. Raouf Mohsine. Directeur du CHU Ibn Sina\,   qui a prononcé la conférence inaugurale sur le rôle du CHUIS dans le système de santé régional. Les présentations par différents acteurs et experts de renommée étaient riches et variées: des discussions sur la gouvernance financière aux avancées de pointe en chirurgie oncologique\, cet événement a mis en avant l’approche multifacette nécessaire pour répondre aux complexités des soins en cancérologie. Ces experts ont partagé leurs réflexions sur divers sujets spécialisés\, allant de l’oncologie médicale et de la radiothérapie aux stratégies globales pour le traitement du cancer. \nUn moment marquant pour NABD-BC2 a été la session du Symposium MSD sur les cancers féminins \, qui a présenté trois intervenants : Mme Ikram Eseghir\, Dr. Narjiss Berrada et Dr. Rachida Chami. En tant que Personne Ayant une Expérience Vécue (PAEV) et défenseure des droits des patients\, Mme Eseghir a présenté une intervention intitulée “L’engagement du patient dans le parcours de soins en cancérologie : expériences et défis“. Sa perspective unique\, nourrie par son expérience personnelle du cancer\, son rôle en tant que présidente fondatrice de NABD-BC2 et son parcours académique (diplôme universitaire de patient partenaire en cancérologie – DUPPC)\, a permis de mettre en lumière l’évolution du concept et de la mise en œuvre de l’engagement significatif des patients ayant une expérience vécue. Elle a notamment évoqué le cadre et les initiatives internationaux (notamment ceux de l’OMS) ainsi que les travaux nationaux (initiatives du Ministère de la Santé et de la Protection Sociale pour adapter le cadre de l’OMS\, définir des priorités et élaborer un plan d’action national). Mme Eseghir a également abordé les défis rencontrés par les patients\, tout en soulignant l’importance cruciale de leur implication dans l’amélioration des parcours de soins. Elle a mis en avant l’impact positif d’une approche centrée sur le patient\, qui contribue significativement à améliorer les résultats des traitements\, la qualité des soins et la qualité de vie des patients. \nAu-delà des présentations cliniques et scientifiques\, l’événement a favorisé un climat de collaboration et de solidarité. Il est devenu évident que l’avenir des soins en cancérologie dépend non seulement de la recherche et de l’innovation\, mais également de l’implication active des patients\, des familles et des communautés. These discussions underscored the complexity of cancer care and the need for a comprehensive\, multidisciplinary approach. \nA significant moment for NABD-BC2 was the MSD Symposium session on feminine cancers\, featuring three speakers: Mme Ikram Eseghir\, Dr. Narjiss Berrada\, and Dr. Rachida Chami. As a Person with Lived Experience (PWLE) and a patient advocate\, Mme Eseghir delivered a presentation titled “The Patient’s Engagement in Cancer Care Pathways: Experiences and Challenges.” Drawing from her personal experience with cancer\, her advocacy work as the founding president of NABD-BC2\, and her academic background (holding a university degree as a patient expert in oncology – DUPPC)\, she highlighted the evolution of meaningful engagement of PWLE through  international framework and endeavours (such as those from the WHO) and national initiatives (from the Ministry of Health and Social Protection\, which seeks to adapt The WHO Framework of meaningful engagement\, set priorities\, and develop national action plans). \nMme Eseghir also highlighted the challenges faced by patients and the transformative impact of integrating the patient’s voice into healthcare decision-making. She emphasized that a patient-centered approach significantly enhances health outcomes\, the quality of care\, and patient well-being. Her presentation reminded the audience of the critical role of patients in shaping care pathways and advancing oncology practices. By sharing her story\, she underscored the importance of resilience and advocacy in improving the overall healthcare experience for cancer patients. \nBeyond the clinical and scientific presentations\, the event fostered an atmosphere of collaboration and solidarity. It became evident that the future of cancer care relies not only on research and innovation but also on the active engagement of patients\, families\, and communities. The inclusion of persons with lived experience served as a poignant reminder of the human aspect of cancer care\, where strategies must be informed by the real-life challenges and experiences of patients. Beaucoup d’entre eux reçoivent un diagnostic tardif\, ce qui se traduit par des coûts de traitement plus élevés et des taux de survie réduits. Les discussions ont porté sur les moyens pour les systèmes de santé de prioriser le dépistage du cancer afin d’améliorer les diagnostics précoces\, de réduire les coûts des traitements et de diminuer la mortalité liée à cette maladie. \nMme Ikram Eseghir\, présidente de l’Association NABD-BC2 et personne ayant une expérience vécue du cancer\, a partagé un témoignage poignant sur l’importance du dépistage précoce. Son expérience personnelle et son engagement à travers NABD-BC2 mettent en évidence le rôle crucial des ONG dans la sensibilisation et la mise en œuvre d’initiatives visant à renforcer les programmes de dépistage et de diagnostic du cancer.
